Each child needs an individual registration pack, a completed Care Plan which clearly explains any identified additional needs, allergies or medical conditions, a storm/school closure form and medication forms if required. To be added to our waiting list or note interest in spaces here at Stonehaven After School Club please complete the waiting list form and email back to admin@thesasc.co.uk, the Manager will then be in touch upon receiving it.
